Tailor-made supervision and training for teams of associations and foundations: improve your clinical and institutional practice
Teams that accompany people with disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, mental health issues, or other vulnerable situations perform work of extraordinary technical and emotional demands. However, spaces designed specifically to review, reflect on, and improve this practice are scarce, and access to quality training adapted to the reality of each team is even harder to find.
At Glasir Salud we offer a specialized service of team supervision and tailor-made training, designed exclusively for professionals in associations and foundations. We do not work with generic content: each intervention is based on the real needs of the team, the profile of the people they serve, and the specific challenges of the institutional context.
Our goal is to accompany teams in the review, guidance, and continuous improvement of their clinical and institutional practice. So they work better. So they are better.
The starting point is always a free diagnostic meeting to understand what the team needs before proposing anything.
Who is it for?
- Teams of associations and foundations that serve people with intellectual disabilities, ASD, ADHD, or other neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Teams of third-sector entities working in mental health, social inclusion, or care for vulnerable groups.
- Teams in day centers, residences, early intervention services, and specialized educational support.
- Coordinators, technical directors, and quality managers of associations and foundations who want to improve the practice of their teams.
- Newly formed teams or those in the process of consolidation that need guidance in their clinical practice.
- Teams with a long history that want to incorporate new tools or review their intervention protocols.
Supervision of Professional Teams
Supervision is the space where practice becomes learning.
Clinical and institutional supervision is a structured process of reflection, analysis, and guidance on professional practice. It is not an evaluation of each person's work: it is a space for collective accompaniment so that the team can see what is difficult to see from the inside, and together find better ways to intervene.
At Glasir Salud we work on supervision from three simultaneous dimensions:

Clinical practice
Case review, analysis of interventions, detection of errors and best practices, decision-making criteria.

Team dynamics
Internal communication, roles and leadership, conflict management, cohesion, and institutional culture.

Professional well-being
Burnout prevention, emotional management, therapeutic boundaries, and team self-care.
Available supervision modalities
- Periodic group supervision: biweekly or monthly, in-person or online — the most common and recommended modality.
- Individual supervision of complex cases: for professionals who need specific guidance on a particular case.
- Institutional crisis supervision: specific accompaniment in critical situations within the entity.
- Protocol consulting: guidance in the design or review of clinical or institutional intervention protocols.
Supervision is not an expense: it is the difference between a team that repeats mistakes and a team that learns from them.

Tailor-made Training and Workshops
Every team has a different reality. That is why every training we design is different.
We do not offer a closed catalog of courses. We design training and workshops tailored to what the team needs to know, what they already know, and what they want to achieve. The content, format, duration, and depth are decided jointly after the diagnostic meeting.
Thematic areas we work in
(Not mutually exclusive. We adapt the content and combination according to the team and its context)
- Neurodevelopmental Disorders: ASD, ADHD, Intellectual Disability — understanding, approach, and practical strategies
- Comprehensive Sexual Education (CSE) for people with disabilities and ASD — tools for professionals
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — evaluation and behavioral intervention strategies
- Management of challenging behaviors — prevention, intervention, and post-crisis work
- Visual supports and augmentative and alternative communication — pictograms, schedules, boards
- Professional mental health — burnout prevention and team care
- Emotional regulation in contexts of high demand and exposure to suffering
- Parenting and child-rearing in families with children with ASD, ADHD, or disabilities — for teams guiding families
- Grief, loss, and emotional accompaniment in institutional contexts
- Crisis intervention — protocols, containment, and post-crisis work with the team

Available formats
- Intensive workshop
Tailor-made day on a specific topic. Ideal for introducing a new approach or tool.
- Modular training
Multi-session program, with time between modules for the team to apply and bring real questions.
- Training + supervision
Combination of initial training with periodic supervision sessions to consolidate what has been learned.
- In-person or online
We travel to the entity's facilities in Barcelona and the metropolitan area or work in an online format.
What the process is like
1
Diagnostic meeting — free of charge
An initial conversation to understand the team, the people they serve, the challenges they face, and the goals they want to achieve. No commitment to contract.
2
Personalized proposal
We design a specific proposal: content, format, frequency, modality, and budget. The team decides.
3
Implementation
We develop the agreed-upon program. The Glasir Salud professional assigned to the team is always the same, guaranteeing continuity and trust.
4
Monitoring and adjustment
Throughout the process, we review with the team if the intervention is responding to their needs and adjust when necessary.
5
Closing report
At the end of the program, we prepare a report with the conclusions, the team's learnings, and recommendations for continuity.

Frequently asked questions
Our entity has a very limited budget. Can we still access it?
Yes. We adapt the formats and budgets to the reality of each organization. There are more compact formats designed specifically for entities with limited resources. Tell us about it in the diagnostic meeting and we will find a formula that works for both parties.
How much notice do you need to organize a training?
For specific workshops, we can have a proposal in 5-7 business days after the diagnostic meeting. For annual or more complex programs, we recommend planning with a 3-4 week margin.
Is supervision only for clinical teams or also for direct care teams without specific clinical training?
For both. Supervision is adapted to the team's profile. With teams of educators or monitors, the focus is more practical and situational; with clinical teams, we can delve deeper into diagnostic analysis and intervention decisions.
Can we request training on a topic that does not appear on your list?
Yes. The list of topics is a guideline. If the team needs something specific that does not appear, we assess it and, if it is within our area of expertise, we design it.
What is the difference between team supervision and training?
Training transmits knowledge: concepts, tools, intervention frameworks. Supervision works on the team's real practice: what they already do, what they struggle with, the cases they don't know how to handle. They are complementary and we usually combine them.
