The reproduction, publication, or non-private use of the contents, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the company.

  1. Software Intellectual Property

The user must respect third-party programs made available by GLASIR SALUD, S.L., even if they are free or publicly available. The user does not acquire any rights or licenses over the software required to provide the service, except for the rights strictly necessary to fulfill the contracted services and only for their duration.

  1. Data Protection and Medical Records

GLASIR SALUD, S.L. performs regular backups of the content hosted on its servers. However, it is not responsible for the accidental loss or deletion of data by users.

Medical Records Policy: Pursuant to Law 41/2002 (Patient Autonomy) and Catalan Law 21/2000, GLASIR SALUD guarantees the secure custody of Medical Records under high-level security protocols, ensuring their preservation for the legal minimum of 15 years following the completion of each clinical process.

  1. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Any use contrary to Spanish or EU legislation or that infringes upon the rights of third parties.
  • The publication or transmission of any content that is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic, or defamatory.
  • The use of the domain’s mail server or email addresses for sending unsolicited bulk email (spam).

The user shall indemnify GLASIR SALUD, S.L. for any expenses arising from legal actions attributable to the user’s misconduct, including legal defense fees.

  1. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Due to the clinical nature of our services (Psychiatry, Psychology, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy), GLASIR SALUD, S.L. reserves the right to enforce specific booking and cancellation policies. Detailed information regarding fees and cancellation windows will be provided to the patient prior to the first session via the Informed Consent document.

  1. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the services provided shall be governed by Spanish Law. The parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, Spain.
